Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Scientific Review & Evaluation

All submitted abstracts will undergo a scientific review by the VDD 2027 Scientific Committee. Submissions will be evaluated based on relevance, originality, scientific quality and contribution to the field of vaccine research and development.

2. Presentation Category

Authors may indicate their preferred presentation category during submission. Final allocation for Oral Presentation, Poster Presentation, E-Poster or Virtual Presentation will be determined based on scientific review and program availability.

3. Abstract Formatting

Abstracts should clearly include the title of the research, author and co-author names, institutional affiliations, presenting author details and the selected scientific session. Authors are encouraged to follow the official abstract template.

4. Registration Requirement

Submission of an abstract does not automatically confirm conference registration. Authors whose abstracts are accepted must complete the required conference registration to confirm their presentation in the VDD 2027 scientific program.
