Important Instructions for Speakers

We are delighted to welcome our distinguished speakers to VDD 2027. To ensure a smooth and professional conference experience for both presenters and attendees, we kindly request all speakers to review and follow the presentation guidelines below.

Before the Conference

  • Please prepare your final presentation slides in PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format.
  • Ensure that your presentation is clear, scientifically accurate and relevant to your assigned conference topic.
  • Use a 16:9 widescreen format to ensure optimal display on conference screens.
  • Review the official conference program to confirm your presentation date, session and scheduled time.

On Your Presentation Day

  • Please arrive at your designated session room at least 15–20 minutes before the scheduled session begins.
  • Introduce yourself to the Session Chair and conference technical support team.
  • Upload and test your presentation before your session to avoid technical delays.
  • Please strictly follow your allocated presentation time to ensure the scientific program runs smoothly.

Audio-Visual & Technical Support

  • Standard presentation equipment will be available in the conference meeting rooms.
  • Facilities may include a projector, presentation screen, microphone and podium setup.
  • Please notify the conference organizers in advance if your presentation requires special technical arrangements.
  • Speakers are encouraged to carry a backup copy of their presentation on a reliable USB storage device.

Speakers are kindly requested to respect the allocated presentation time and remain available for a brief discussion or question-and-answer session when applicable. Any changes to your presentation schedule should be communicated to the VDD 2027 conference secretariat as early as possible.
