Guidelines for Presenters
To ensure a smooth and engaging scientific experience at Vaccine Discovery & Development 2027, we kindly request all presenters to follow the guidelines outlined below for oral and poster presentations.
Oral Presentations
- Presenters should arrive at their assigned session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins and check in with the session chair.
- Each presentation will be allocated a specific time slot. Please follow the assigned presentation and discussion time strictly.
- Presentations should be prepared in 16:9 widescreen format using PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format.
- Please ensure that your presentation is clear, scientifically accurate, and suitable for a professional audience working in vaccine research and development.
- Presenters are advised to bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB drive.
Poster Presentations
- Posters should be designed in a vertical (portrait) format, preferably in A0 size: 841 x 1189 mm.
- Ensure that all text, figures, charts, and illustrations are clearly visible and readable from a reasonable viewing distance.
- Include the research title, author names, institutional affiliations, research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions clearly on the poster.
- Mounting materials will be available at the conference venue to assist presenters with displaying their posters.
- Authors are requested to remain near their posters during the scheduled poster viewing and networking sessions to discuss their research with attendees.
