Guidelines for Poster Presenters
Poster presentations provide an excellent opportunity to visually present and discuss research in vaccine discovery, immunology, infectious diseases, and vaccine development. Please review the following guidelines for Vaccine Discovery & Development 2027.
Poster Dimensions & Design Specifications
- Posters must be designed in a vertical (portrait) orientation.
- The recommended poster size is A0 format (approximately 841 mm wide x 1189 mm high).
- Ensure that all text, charts, figures, and images are clearly visible and readable from a distance of approximately 1.5 to 2 meters.
- The poster should clearly display the research title, author names, institutional affiliations, and contact information.
- Use clear headings and a well-organized layout to present your research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
Mounting & Display Instructions
- Presenters will be provided with the necessary materials to mount their posters on the designated display boards.
- Please mount your poster on the board assigned to your abstract or poster identification number.
- Posters should be displayed before the scheduled poster presentation session begins.
- Authors are requested to remove their posters promptly after the conclusion of the designated poster session.
Interactive Viewing & Discussion
- Presenting authors should be available beside their posters during the scheduled poster session to discuss their research and answer questions from attendees.
- Poster sessions provide valuable opportunities for networking and scientific discussions with researchers, healthcare professionals, and industry experts.
