Exhibition Booth Information
The exhibition area will be positioned to provide convenient access to conference participants during registration, networking sessions, coffee breaks and other designated networking opportunities.
Each exhibition booth includes two complimentary conference registrations for representatives of the exhibiting organization.

Exhibit Material Shipping Guidelines
Exhibitors bringing promotional materials, equipment or displays should carefully plan the delivery and return shipment of all exhibition materials.
Shipping to the Venue
- The designated venue contact and shipping information will be provided to confirmed exhibitors before the conference.
- Please avoid shipping exhibition materials too early, as storage or handling charges may apply.
- Any storage, customs, courier or handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibiting organization.
Return Shipping
- Exhibitors are responsible for properly packing all materials after the event.
- Prepaid courier labels should be arranged by the exhibitor before collection.
- Return shipping arrangements must be coordinated directly by the exhibiting organization.
Exhibitors are responsible for the safe handling, packaging, labelling and transportation of their exhibition materials. The conference organizers cannot accept responsibility for materials that are lost, delayed or damaged during shipping or collection.
